Your mix already leaves the studio. Now the session can come with it.

From folder to faders

A full stem mix in your pocket.

Choose a folder in Files and AB:X places every stem on its own track. Audio stored in iCloud downloads automatically.

Play everything together. Solo the drums. Mute the vocal. Change the balance without going back to your computer.

Shape the parts

Every stem gets its own space.

Open any track for volume and a four-band parametric EQ. Move the curve, adjust Q, change the outer bands from shelves to cuts, or bypass your work instantly.

The spectrum analyzer shows the audio after your changes, so what you see is what you hear.

Listen beyond the studio

Built for the places decisions happen.

A mix changes when the room changes. AB:X keeps the session close when you move from monitors to the systems people actually hear.

On headphonesLoop a detail and hear small moves in context.
At rehearsalOpen the stems and test an idea while everyone is there.

Stay with the moment

Loop the part you keep thinking about.

Pull up the transport for a full waveform, scrub to the exact passage, and place an A–B loop around it.

The waveform follows the mix you are hearing—even when you solo or mute a stem—so the shape on screen stays connected to the sound.

Hear the change, not the volume

Comparison without the loudness advantage.

AB:X measures the unprocessed mix and your changes, then brings them to the same listening level. A louder version does not get to win by default.

Adapt

Keeps the match current as the balance, processing, gain, or arrangement changes.

Lock

Measures once and holds the match steady until you choose to calculate again.

Reference

Load another track and hear it through the same matching and monitoring path.
